This Cookie Policy explains how CurtainCall AI, Inc. ("CurtainCall," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on thecurtaincall.art. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information more broadly.

The short version. CurtainCall uses a minimal set of essential cookies to keep the site working. We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or cross-site behavioral tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time — for our site, disabling non-essential cookies will not affect your access because we don't set any.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They allow a site to recognize your device on subsequent visits and to remember information like preferences or session state. This policy also covers similar technologies — such as browser local storage and session storage — that perform comparable functions.

2. Cookies we currently use

CurtainCall's site is built as a static page with a single waitlist API endpoint. As of the date above, we set only essential cookies, and those are limited to what your browser handles automatically for normal navigation. Specifically:

Strictly necessary — session and state required by your browser to load and render the site. We do not set any custom application cookies at this time.
Analytics — none. We do not run Google Analytics, Plausible, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Vercel Web Analytics, or any equivalent service today.
Advertising — none. We do not run any advertising or retargeting pixels.
Third-party tracking — none. We do not load tracking scripts from third parties.

If we add analytics or any other cookie-setting technology in the future, we will update this page and provide clear notice before the change takes effect.

3. Third-party services we rely on

Even where we don't set cookies, your browser does make requests to third parties that we use to deliver the site. Those parties have their own privacy practices, summarized here for transparency:

Google Fonts — we load the Inter font family from fonts.googleapis.com. Per Google's documentation, requests for font files do not set tracking cookies, but Google records the IP address making the request as part of normal CDN logging. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Vercel — our hosting and content delivery is provided by Vercel. We do not have Vercel Web Analytics or Speed Insights enabled. Vercel may log basic request data for security and operational purposes. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
Tailwind CDN — we load Tailwind's runtime utility CSS from cdn.tailwindcss.com. Tailwind CDN serves static assets and does not set tracking cookies.

These services do not receive any of the personal information you share with us through the waitlist or demo forms — that flows separately through our backend.

4. Controlling cookies

You can view, manage, and clear cookies through your browser settings at any time. Instructions for the major browsers:

Blocking or clearing cookies broadly may affect how other websites work, but it should not affect your access to CurtainCall today.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time — for example, if we add an analytics tool or change a third-party service. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
