Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 3, 2026 · Last updated: June 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CurtainCall AI, Inc. ("CurtainCall," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit thecurtaincall.art, book a demo, join our waitlist, or use our animation production services (the "Services").

We built CurtainCall around a simple principle: your creative work is yours. This policy describes how we handle both ordinary account data and the source material you entrust to us.

The short version. We collect what we need to run your project and our business. We do not sell your personal information. To produce your one-to-one style match we train a project-specific model on your work, used only for your project — we never use your work to train our general models, never apply it to anyone else's project, and never add it to a shared training set. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to studios, IP holders, and individual creators who interact with us through our website, demo and scoping calls, waitlist, and production engagements. Our Services are intended for businesses and creative professionals and are not directed to children (see Section 12).

Where the EU/UK GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on these legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver your project), legitimate interests (to run, secure, and improve our business in ways that do not override your rights), consent (for example, non-essential cookies and marketing email, which you can withdraw), and legal obligation (for tax and records).

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Services:

7. Data retention

We keep Source Material, Output, and the project-specific model trained for your project for as long as needed to deliver your project and provide support, and then delete or archive them according to the terms of your engagement. You may request deletion of your Source Material, Output, and project-specific model at any time after delivery, subject to any records we are legally required to keep (such as invoices). Account and billing records are retained as required by applicable law.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted internal access to Source Material. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; we encourage you to use NDAs and project-level data-processing agreements for sensitive IP.

9. International data transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than your own, including in connection with international distribution and delivery. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers out of the EEA, UK, or other regulated regions.
